Research to the People (RTTP) is a framework for patients, researchers and physicians to collaborate on personalized medicine cases
RTTP runs genomic data-driven hackathons for patients with rare diseases to solve diagnostic mysteries, find out-of-the-box treatment options, and advance biomedical research all at once. Over the past few years, Research to the People has hosted 4 cases for rare disease and undiagnosed patients, bringing scientists and medical professionals from all over the world to work on each individual patient’s case.
Upcoming Patient Cases
There are 4 new patient cases for 2021 – 2022. The program is made possible through collaboration with the scientific community and is thankful for previous data generation and support from organizations like Invitae, DNANexus, and Google.
If you are interested in participating in our upcoming patient cases as a research scientist, please join our program here. For additional inquiries, please contact Pete Kane, the program founder, at pete@researchtothepeople.org.
