iPOP – Integrated Personalized Omics Profiling
We are relaunching our iPOP- Fiber and Microbiome study. We welcome you to sign up if you are above age 18 and live in the Southwest Bay area (e.g., Palo Alto) in California, United States. Our research team will return your genomic and microbiome data at the end of your research participation.
In previous 9-year longitudinal studies using Integrated Personal Omics Profile (iPOP) analysis, our team uncovered extensive dynamic changes in diverse molecular components and biological pathways across healthy and diseased conditions. It revealed 49 major health discoveries in diabetes, aging, cancer, pregnancy, mental health, and cardiovascular health.
As part of the iPOP study, the Dietary Fiber and Microbiome study uses a big data systems biology approach to study the effects of purified dietary fiber in the greatest detail currently possible.
